Same server+upstream always yields the same local port so the user knows where to connect without checking the UI each time. Client displays 'Server: <hostname> — <MAC>' in a label above the upstream list. Server (Rust, AF_PACKET + classic BPF) relays TCP to 127.0.0.1 services. Client (.NET 8 WinForms, SharpPcap/Npcap) discovers upstreams and exposes local loopback listeners.
